Naturally, we become more independent as we progress through life, we move away from our family, and the nexus that once supported us from childhood will slowly vanish as we move into the “The Real World”.
There are many reasons why we should be independent:
Independence increases self-value and self-esteem; it is import to have satisfaction in the way you feel about yourself and the way others look at you. This gives you a better sense of responsibility and accomplishment in achieving a financial, emotional, social, career and personal independence.
“unlike a drop of water which loses its identity when it joins the ocean, man does not lose his being in the society in which he lives. Man’s life is independent. He is born not for the development of the society alone, but for the development and fulfilment of himself.” – B.R Ambedkar
Being a lifelong learner is one of the major keys to achieving true independence. You just have to keep learning, turning your mistakes and failures into experience, that is the way to achieve true independence and wisdom.
It gladdens me whenever I see the pleasure and velvet in the hearts of Muslims when it comes to the celebration of sallah festival as we have just witnessed it. This is simply because they have the freedom to celebrate, love, and share their joys with world. Wishing myself and all the Muslims around the globe happy eid-el-kabir!
The joy of independence are an aisle of the blessed, an aisle of laxity.
It gives me joy, the thought of being independent. For no reason whatsoever, it gives me joy.
